Project example

A structured job search instead of scattered notes.

CareerOS brings scouting, evaluation, application assets, follow-ups, and learning loops into one readable Personal HQ. It stays deliberately human-in-the-loop: AI supports structure, research, and drafts, while final decisions stay human.

CareerOS Personal HQ active

Evidence

  • Live job-search system instead of disconnected notes
  • Structured outputs for research, role evaluation, and application material
  • Inspired by Career-Ops logic, but smaller and fitted to a personal job-search process

01

Scouting Pipeline

Roles are not just collected. They carry status, source, priority, fit signal, and a next action.

02

Role Intelligence

Every interesting role gets a short analysis block: what the company needs, where the fit is, what remains unclear, and which story would make sense.

03

Application Assets

Profile copy, cover-letter blocks, and follow-ups come from reusable patterns instead of a blank document.

04

Human Review

AI accelerates research and drafting. Sending, prioritization, and tone stay intentionally human-reviewed.

05

Learning Loop

Conversations, replies, and rejections flow back into taxonomy, positioning, and the next applications.

Why it matters

  • The project applies systems thinking to a job search: not more applications at any cost, but better decisions per role.
  • The main lever is readability. Every application should remain explainable: why this role, why this story, why now.
  • The tech stack stays lightweight so the system does not need more maintenance than the job search itself.
  • The inspiration comes from Career-Ops and Personal OS thinking, while the implementation stays pragmatic and honest about its current maturity.
